Speaker & Event Requests
Thank you for your interest in having a representative from Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation speak at your organization or attend your event.
Presentations may be in-person or virtual and are designed for corporate businesses, church groups, clubs, and schools. At events like craft fairs, car shows, or fundraisers, Fidelco staff can provide information and answer questions at a table.
Please submit requests at least four weeks in advance when requesting a speaker, or asking Fidelco to join an event.

A 30–60-minute presentation from a Fidelco staff member, client, or volunteer to educate the audience on Fidelco’s mission.
A Fidelco German Shepherd Dog would join for in-person presentations.
The presentation requires use of PowerPoint and audio for video display.
A minimum suggested donation of $1,500 is requested for a Fidelco presentation.
A 15–30-minute visit for a check acceptance & photos from a Fidelco ambassador or staff accompanied by a Fidelco German Shepherd Dog ambassador.
A minimum suggested donation of $1,000 is request for a Fidelco appearance.
Fidelco can provide digital resources and content to help you plan and launch a successful fundraiser.
Volunteer Puppy Raisers or Fidelco ambassador German Shepherd Dogs may be able to attend the event.
A minimum suggested donation of $2,500 is requested for a fundraiser presence.
A Fidelco guide dog-in-training will visit, and a staff member will educate the audience on Fidelco’s training methods and program.
We will provide an obstacle course and require a 10x20 space for the demonstration. This demonstration can be done indoors or outdoors and is approximately 1 hour which includes time for a Q&A.
A minimum suggest donation of $2,500 is requested for a guide dog demonstration.
Service days can include landscaping, kennel cleaning, van cleaning, office assistance, and event prep. Fidelco can accommodate up to 20 volunteers for a group service day. Most service days range between 4-8 hours.
A short Fidelco presentation and a meet and greet with a Fidelco puppy or guide dog-in-training can be included.
Service teams will have access to our board room to eat lunch they bring in for their teams.
Fidelco can accommodate up to 15 people and lead them through a walking tour of our kennels, training center, veterinary medical area, and administrative offices to see how Fidelco operates on a day-to-day basis followed by a Q&A session.
Tours are approximately 90 minutes.
Campus tours include a short Fidelco presentation and a meet and greet with a Fidelco puppy or dog.
A minimum suggested donation of $2,500 is requested for a private campus tour.
Fidelco can lead a team-building session for your company or club to learn more about blindness and the training of our German Shepherd guide dogs.
Sessions hosted at your own venue will include a Fidelco presentation, meet and greet of a Fidelco puppy or dog, a dog toy activity and a blindfold lunch. (3-4 hours)
Sessions at Fidelco's campus will include a Fidelco presentation, tour of the kennel, a meet and greet of a Fidelco puppy or guide dog in training. Teams can opt to include a blindfold lunch, blindfold walks, or a dog toy activity. (4-6 hours)
Each team-building session can be customized to your team’s needs.
A minimum suggest donation of $10,000 is requested for a team-building session.
Monthly Saturday sessions from 8am - 12pm for groups of Scouts and youth groups.
Sessions include service hours, an educational presentation, and viewing of a puppy training class. Service hours can include tasks from van cleaning, weeding, cleaning indoor or outdoor pens, and other needed tasks.
Each month is limited to 10 participants including their leaders.
